When I moved to Israel in late 2017, I was thrilled to discover a blossoming coffee scene in Israel, with trendy shops boasting impressive equipment. As I delved deeper, I couldn't help but notice a gap in the availability of high-end, flavorful, and traceable beans that I had savored during my travels worldwide. Fueled by a passion to provide Israel with the caliber of coffee it truly deserved, I embarked on a relentless mission.

What began as a passion for exceptional coffee grew into Elijah's Coffee. We became an importer and supplier of specialty green coffee, working with some of Israel's leading roasters and bringing exceptional, traceable coffees from around the world to the Israeli market. In 2021, we began our consumer brand, making our coffees directly available to customers throughout Israel.

In 2026, we opened our first retail location in Nachlaot, in the heart of Jerusalem, just steps from the Machane Yehuda Shuk. From our small coffee shop in Nachlaot, we continue our mission of pushing Israel's specialty coffee scene forward, bringing select single-origin coffees and preparing them with great care and joy.
