Yeison Tovar Diaz owns and operates Las Brisas, a 5-hectare farm located in Suaza, Vereda El Cavildo, Huila, Colombia. Established in 2014, the farm is situated at an altitude of 1,860 masl near a mountain range. Yeison grows 7,500 coffee trees alongside other crops like plantain and yuca, supporting his family's livelihood.

Yeison acquired the farm through hard work and persistence, naming it "Las Brisas" after the refreshing breezes that flow through the area. He managed to buy the farm by gradually paying in installments.

He began cultivating Pink Bourbon after hearing about its high yield and quality from neighbors. Over time, he learned how to manage this variety effectively, which has led to better prices and allowed him to improve the farm’s infrastructure, including expanding its drying capacity. The combination of Yeison’s dedication and the farm’s favorable conditions has enabled the production of high-quality coffee.
